Pet Policy
Dogs and cats are permitted.
No exotic animals, reptiles, rodents, or large birds.
Maximum of two pets per apartment.
All animals must be at least one year of age.
Pets must be under 55 lbs.
Please contact office for pet restrictions.
Pet fees include a non-refundable pet fee of $300, $100 refundable pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per pet.
Veterinarian records required per animal.
Animals designated as assistance animals will be allowed in accordance with applicable fair housing regulations.
